Zachary Bonebrake.

A Washington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, third offense Saturday.

Court documents show at about 11:26 p.m. a Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy executed a vehicle stop on a silver Dodge pickup truck with no license plates on Highway 22 west of Highway 218. Thirty-six year-old Zachary Ryan Bonebrake faces a class D felony charge as he has two prior OWI convictions. Another OWI arrest was made near Highway 218 a couple hours later. At about 2 a.m., 31-year-old Adam Duane Haifley of Ainsworth was seen driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 218 by Washington County Ambulance Service. The ambulance truck continued to follow the vehicle until a sheriff’s deputy met up with it at the intersection of 202nd Street and Vine Avenue north of Haskins. Haifley did not completely stop at the intersection of Vine and 220th and crossed the fog line and center line. A traffic stop was then conducted and he was charged with operating while intoxicated second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
