A pair of KCII area boys golf teams went on the road Tuesday for the annual 18-hole West Liberty Invitational. The Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves finished sixth of 12 teams with their overall score of 378. West Branch won the meet with a 334. Andrew Brown’s 87 led the way for the Wolves, including a 40 on the back nine. Other scores for WMU included Jake Edwards 92, Carter Loyd 96, Griffin Humphreys 103 and Isaac Schurr 118.

Mid-Prairie was 12th in the field with their overall score of 419. Top tally for the Hawks came from Drew Schlabaugh with a 93. Other Golden Hawk scores included Warren Scarff 101, Ben Mattes 111, Ian Schmidt 114 and Carson Pence 138.
