The final plat for phase two of the NLW subdivision was approved at the recent Washington City Council meeting.

A public hearing was held for the plat, which will add 12 additional lots to the area directly behind phase one consisting of seven single-family lots and five multi-family lots between East Tyler and East Fillmore streets west of South 12th Avenue. This project will also add an extension to South 11th Avenue between the proposed lots. The council also approved setting a public hearing on May 3rd for a development agreement with ACE Signature Homes, LLC for phase two, which would grant no more than $800,000 as an urban renewal project. The agreement stipulates that the city would install infrastructure for the subdivision including water, wastewater, storm sewer, and road.
