A public hearing followed by action on a phase two development agreement with ACE Signature Homes, LLC for the NLW Subdivision will be considered by the Washington City Council Tuesday.

The meeting will also include a resolution to set a public hearing and bid letting for a sanitary sewer extension in the MSJ Subdivision, a resolution to set a public hearing for a second fiscal year 2021 budget amendment, and consideration of a minor site plan from Washington Lumber and Home Center. The council will also discuss and consider action regarding a property along the water main project on East Main Street, and a notice to proceed for the East Adams Street project. The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
