A return home meant plenty of success for the Keota golf team on Monday when they won their own invitational at Lagos Acres Golf Course.
The Eagles shot a 336 in the 18-hole tournament to best four other South Iowa Cedar League foes including second place English Valleys with a 354. Sawyer Stout had the second best score with an 80, Cole Kindred shot an 81, Caden Sprouse 85, and Evan Vittetoe 90. Scratch scores included Billie Kindred 90 and Colten Clarahan 91. This is the fifth different win for the Eagles this spring including the first tournament.
They next travel to New Sharon on Thursday.
