Discussion and consideration of a first reading to amend utility rates to take effect July 1st and a hotel market study update are on the agenda for the Washington City Council Tuesday.
The council will also hold public hearings followed by consideration of an annexation for the MSJ Subdivision, a fiscal year 2022 budget amendment, and plans, specifications, estimate of cost and form of contract for a sanitary sewer extension project for the MSJ Subdivision. The agenda also includes a bond counsel agreement not to exceed $3.97 million in general obligation capital loan notes, pay applications for the West Buchanan Street and West 5th and Lexington Boulevard projects, and a goal setting session workshop.
The council meets at 6 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.
