Sons of AmVets Post 107 in Richmond is hosting a car show in the AmVets parking lot Sunday, June 12. Post Commander Dennis Murray shares the charitable objective of the event, “Well we commit every year from our car show  $1000 that we like to send to the VA Hospital. They give us a list of items that are the top needs there and then we pick a couple of them that we like that money to be disbursed to.”

Expectations for this year’s show are that around 100 cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors will be on display. Registration for the show starts at 8:00 am with judging results around 2:00 pm.
