The Washington County Fair is still looking for various entries for their Open Show that will run until Thursday, July 21st at 8 pm at the old schoolhouse. Acceptable entries for the open show include baked goods, candies, jellies, jams, canned goods, photography, art, woodworking, textiles, quilts, flowers, plants, vegetables, and fruit.

Each item must have the individual’s name, address, telephone number, and class number attached to each article. Premiums and awards will be available with more information about those awards on the Washington County Fair website.

Registration will be on Sunday, July 17th, from 3-5 pm, and Monday, July 18th, from 9 am-noon. There is an entry fee of $0.50 per item with a limit of 14 entries per participant; there will, however, be no display fee.
