Washington County Hospital & Clinics, Farm Bureau Financial Services, and Washington Lions Club will sponsor Kid’s Day at the Washington County Fair on Wednesday, July 20th.

Kids Day is designed for children in kindergarten through the fifth grade, with activities beginning at 9:30 am near the Lions Stage, south of the schoolhouse. Children can come and go from the event as they please until it ends at 11 am. There will be free pony rides, an obstacle course, a crafts station, and complimentary popcorn.

Family-friendly events can also be found Wednesday at the Round Barn, with the 4-H ELITE team providing hands-on agriculture learning through Little Hands on the Farm. Ms. Diane will also be hosting Ag Hour at 4 pm, including a trip to the livestock barns for up-close learning. The 4-H hall will host several events from 1- 3 pm on Wednesday, with STEAM lessons on topography, water table exploration, and boat race competitions.
