Louisa County Conservation is hosting an event Saturday, August 6th from 9:30a.m. to noon at the River Forks Access of the Iowa River near Fredonia. They will teach about native plant species, clean up the area and help remove invasive species. Volunteers will be fed a pizza lunch and receive a reusable, souvenir water bottle.
