The 23rd Annual Paws & More Central Park Car show is this Sunday, August 21st in Washington. The show serves as the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
Secretary for Paws & More Cara Sorrells expresses gratitude to the local car enthusiasts club, the Corn Country Cruisers, for conducting the car show again this year. In addition to lots of cool rides, Sorrells shares what else attendees can expect to experience, “But along with our food booth, we are going to add popcorn and cotton candy, we’re going to have a volunteer or a foster booth with some adoptable Paws animals and maybe even a kissing booth for those that want to look for a new pet and maybe give it a smooch ahead of time.”
The band Big Begonias will perform on stage from 1-2 p.m. There will also be a silent auction for attendees to bid on.
Registration for the car show is from 8 -11 a.m. Entry fee is $15 per vehicle. The day will wrap up around 3 p.m with an awards presentation.
