At the August 30th Washington County Board of Supervisors Meeting, Washington County Engineer Jacob Thorius provided the board with a report of activities from April through June. Over seven hundred feet of corrugated metal pipe was replaced in Washington County between April and June. Painting began for centerlines, but the project could not be completed as scheduled due to a supply chain issue with the paint being used. Approximately 41,000 tons of rock were hauled to maintain rock roads in Washington County. Fifty different non-department vehicle repairs were performed during the second quarter, costing around $10,000.
