A Washington couple has been charged with alcohol and sex-related crimes as a result of an investigation by the Washington Police Department. On August 23rd, 2022, the police department was made aware of incidents that occurred at the home of Devin Gregory and Karolla Gregory on August 9th and 10th. The investigation has resulted in the following charges related to these incidents:

Forty-four-year-old Devin Gregory of Washington has been charged with Sexual Abuse-3rd Degree and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, both of which are Class C Felonies. Gregory has also been charged with two counts of Supplying Alcohol to a Person Under Legal Age, a serious misdemeanor. A Class C Felony carries a maximum punishment of up to ten years in prison and a fine of at least $1,375 but not more than $13,660. Forty-six-year-old Karolla Gregory of Washington has been charged with two counts of Supplying Alcohol to a Person Under Legal Age.

A search warrant was executed at the Gregory residence, where several sexual paraphernalia items and alcohol bottles were confiscated for evidence.

The Washington Police Department arrested Devin and Karolla Gregory on Wednesday, September 14th, and transported them to the Washington County Jail, where Devin Gregory is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond, and Karolla Gregory has been issued a $2,000 cash-only bond.
