Sunday, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office received a report from employees with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Company that a female was on the railroad tracks and had delayed the train near Oakberry Avenue in rural Henry County. The employees described the individual as “wearing barely any clothing” and appearing to need assistance.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office and New London Police Department located the individual near the railroad tracks at Nebraska Avenue. She was identified as 37-year-old Sky Boecker of Salem. Boecker was arrested for Trespass, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Railroad Vandalism. The initial discovery of items in her possession began another investigation where it was determined she had entered two farm buildings in the 2400 grid of 250th Street in Henry County. While in those buildings Boecker had taken several items including motorcycle license plates and cans of soda. She was charged with Second Degree Burglary, a Class B Felony, and Fifth Degree Theft.

Boecker remains in custody at the Henry County Jail on $5,000 cash only bond.
