Calling hours for 81-year-old Carol Bell of Washington  will begin 1:00 p.m. Sunday October 2nd at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A private family interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the Washington Municipal Band.
