Louisa County Emergency Services, businesses and the Louisa County Sheriff’s Offices will host a Trunk or Treat Sunday, October 30th from 4-6p.m. at the Louisa County Courthouse in Wapello. Parking will be at Wapello High School with roads closed around the area for safety. Downtown Wapello will also host a bounce house, freebies and games from noon to 3p.m.
