The Washington Community Theater is hosting its last week of shows for its latest production, All Because of Agatha. The play centers around young married homeowners Duff & Joan O’Hara, who have just purchased a house with a devious secret and must find a way to deal with a supernatural surprise waiting for them.
Lynn Loula, the Director of the show, spoke with KCII about the importance of community theater. “The feeling of community, because this community theater has been going since the 40s, and there are so many people that follow this. We also have a great facility that not many small towns have. The people who are also involved come from all walks of life. I hope that people come to this show so that community theater can remain a vital part of Washington.
The Friday and Saturday shows will begin at 7:30 pm, with the October 23rd Sunday Matinee beginning at 2:30 pm. Tickets can be bought online at the Washington Community Theater website, and a link to the website can be found at the bottom of the article.
