The Washington Economic Development Group (WEDG) and Character Counts will offer classes for local managers, supervisors, and leaders to learn strategies for coaching and leading optimal performance, and managing stress in the workplace. The classes will use research-based strategies to develop a workplace culture that allows employees to function at a higher level. These workshops are designed by WEDG for employers to enhance the quality of their workspace or life in general for their employees and themselves.

The meeting will be held at the Washington High School Auditorium from 2:00-4:00 pm. There is no need for pre-registration, and there is no cost for attending the meeting. Call the Washington Economic Development Group for more information about the leadership and stress management workshops.
