With Halloween approaching, towns across the area plan to host trick-or-treaters during their designated times.

The city of West Chester will host their trick or treat Sunday, October 30 from 5-7 p.m. Most other trick or treating will take place Halloween night, beginning with Keota from 5-7 p.m. and Kalona from 5-8 p.m. Wayland will celebrate the holiday from 5:30-7 p.m. Columbus Junction trick or treating also gets underway at 5:30 and lasts until 7:30 p.m. Washington trick-or-treaters have their opportunity from 6-8 p.m. Wellman will be holding a Trunk or Treat event downtown from 6-8 p.m.
