On Tuesday, the Board of Supervisors discussed the sale of the property located at 302 W. Main St, in Washington, Iowa. The property will be sold by auction with sealed bids. Bidders will be able to adjust their bid before bidding closes.  “I make a motion to sell property located at 302 W main. Ok, sealed bid. We have a motion and a second to sell that property. All in favor say I, “I,” opposed? That motion is carried 5-0.” The next public hearing will have a resolution set for an end date of when bids will be accepted and opened.
