It was another strong night in duals competition for Washington Demon wrestling yesterday evening as part of a quadrangular at Center Point of Urbana. Despite falling to Anamosa 41-24, Washington would defeat Center Point 48-30 and knocked off Central of Elkader 42-13.
Demon freshman Caden Greiner continued his outstanding debut season by pinning both of his opponents at 126 pounds. 160-lbs junior Chase Greiner and 195-lbs senior Curtis Stender would do the same. Sophomore Nate Edmonds won via a 5-4 decision at 113, while Washington also got pins to win for sophomore Aaron Boone at 120; sophomore Jude Carter at 138; junior Lane Schrock at 145; and freshman Max Anderson at 106. The Demons next take the mat tomorrow evening in a triangular with Ottumwa and Fairfield
