The Washington Demons finally got a non-conference win in boys’ basketball last night by defeating Oskaloosa 54-43. Despite trailing by two after one quarter and by one at halftime, the Demons turned around a defensive struggle to take a 36-32 lead heading into the final period and never looked back. The win helps Washington improve to 3-2 overall. The Demons return to action in the Southeast Conference Friday night when they visit Mount Pleasant.
