Louisa County Conservation will host a Noon Year’s Eve Celebration Thursday, December 29th from 10a.m. to 12:30p.m. at the Virginia Grove Recreation Area. Ring in 2023 with outdoor and nature activities, crafts and a countdown to noon that includes hot chocolate and campfire snacks.
