At approximately 5:52 p.m.  Wednesday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Kalona Fire Department, and Kalona EMS responded to a report of a vehicle rollover on Highway 1. No one was injured in the incident, but the driver was unable to get out of the vehicle. The driver was removed from the vehicle and refused transport to the hospital. Alliant Energy was contacted due to the vehicle striking a utility pole. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
