It’s been raining threes this year for Hillcrest Academy guard Claire Withrow. The freshman phenom leads the Ravens and is ninth in Class 1A with 18 made three point goals. Her 39.1% mark from downtown leads the Southeast Iowa Superconference North Division for those who have taken at least 25 attempts this season. Her best night from behind the arc on the year came December 6th when she knocked down five threes in a  loss at Louisa-Muscatine. The Raven girls open the second half of the season Tuesday, January 3rd when they travel to Winfield-Mt. Union for a Superconference doubleheader.
