The City of West Chester has announced a boil order in effect until further notice. The advisory comes following a water main break over the weekend. 

While water tests are performed, those residing in West Chester are advised to boil all water before consumption, including drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, and preparing food. Boiling the water will ensure that any potential bacteria present is killed. Water can still be used for other purposes such as bathing.
