Celebration of life services for 37-year-old Paul Ryan “L.P.” Beliel of Junction City, Kansas, formerly of Washington will be at 2p.m. Thursday, March 2nd at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends from noon to 2p.m. Thursday, March 2nd. Interment with military honors will take place at the Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery in rural Washington. Memorials have been established for an education fund for Paul’s daughters.
