With the spring play season underway, students in the Columbus Community School District are primed for their performances this weekend.

The play, titled An Absolutely True Story Told By A Bunch Of Lying Liars is a comedic production. Junior Mia Gonzalez sets the scene: “This play is about a mom and a dad who’s trying to figure out who broke the vase between their two children, two friends, and their dog. But in the end, it seems like nobody’s telling the truth.”

In an impressive group effort, the production is led by first-year director, Savannah Skidmore, and features six cast and three crew members. Performances are scheduled for Saturday, March 25 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 26 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are offered at a discount if purchased online, costing $5 for adults and $4 for students and seniors. Tickets purchased at the door are $7 for adults and $6 for students and seniors. To get your tickets online, click here.
