Students at Keota Junior/Senior High School are ready to perform their spring musical this week. Including 25% of the student body, show dates are Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1 at 7:30 p.m.
Senior cast member, Aiden Conrad, describes this year’s production. “So it’s called Adventures of a Comic Book Artist. There’s this comic book company and they get these pens that can make their comics come to life. They try to draw superheroes, but they draw a villain and he’s terrorizing people, so then another comic book artist draws heroes and they have to stop him.”
The musical, held in the High School Auditorium, includes exceptional costumes, talented musicians, and plenty of laughs. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students. They can be purchased at the door, or by calling the school at 641-636-3491.
