A celebration of life for 91-year-old Ronald Eugene Bowser of Washington will be Monday, April 17th at 1:30p.m. at the West Chester Community Church. Burial will follow at the West Chester Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 4p.m. Sunday, April 16th at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 2-4p.m. Memorials may be designated to the West Chester Community Church or Hospice of Washington County.
