After a successful Washington County 4-H Lucky Clover Raffle this spring, the 4-H raffle committee is excited to continue the Washington County 4-H scholarship with a portion of their raffle proceeds. They are offering four $500 scholarships to currently enrolled Washington County 4-H youth who have been active 4-H members for at least four years in the Washington County 4-H program. Applicants must be accepted to an accredited continuing education program. The committee looks to recognize youth who have made a positive impact on the world around them through their 4-H experience and those youth who have grown their skills and character through 4-H participation. Applications are due by July 1st and are available at the Washington County Extension Office or online at the link with this news story. The recipient will be notified in early July and recognized at the Washington County Fair Awards Presentation on July 20, 2023.
