Jenifer Roberts was named the new Assistant Director of Nursing for Washington County Public Health at their board meeting last Thursday. The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved the personnel change request at their Tuesday meeting. Supervisor Jack Seward Jr. explains the reasoning behind the change. “The reason that some of the job duties were looked at was because another individual had left. That individual’s spot is not going to be replaced, just reassigned a few of the job duties. One employee down, but that will not be replaced, so that seemed like a really good thing to do.” Roberts will start her new role as Assistant Director of Nursing on June 1st.
