Early Monday morning, the Washington Police Department responded to a report of two individuals trying to get into vehicles on West third street in Washington. The two subjects were reported to be wearing all gray, with one wearing a backpack. Police arrested 18-year-old Dylan Lopez of Washington on attempted burglary in the 3rd degree, an aggravated misdemeanor. The second subject was a minor and was also charged with attempted burglary in the 3rd degree and was then released to their mother. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
