Celebration of life services for 77-year-old Wayne Edward Zieser will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 25 at the United Presbyterian Church. Military honors will be accorded by Washington American Legion Post 29 at the end of the service. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 24 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home, where family will be present to receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Private family interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the restoration of the Tall Corn Display at the Iowa State Fair and Washington County Fair, and for the Tall Corn Contest at the Washington County Fair.
