Officer Devin Fraise has joined the Washington Police Department. He was sworn in Monday by Mayor Pro Tem Millie Youngquist. Officer Fraise previously worked as a Dispatcher/Jailer for the Keokuk County Sheriff’s Office after earning an associate degree in criminal justice from Indian Hills Community College. He has started his field training and will start at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy in August.
