Monday, August 28th, at 5:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment in the Washington City Council Chambers. At that time, and place the Board of Adjustment will consider an application for variance from Brent L. Wilson at 1607 Highland Ave. referring to Ordinance No. 1149 to comply with the new state code that a home-based occupation cannot generate any on-street parking, all under Washington Code of Ordinance Chapter 165.11. For details of the application, you are hereby referred to the records of the same on file in the office of the Building & Zoning Official at City Hall. At the public hearing, all parties interested in said application or the property affected thereby and all citizens may appear and be heard.
