Dr. Dwayne Capper passed away in May of 2023 after a short battle with cancer. ENT Medical Services, PC announces the return to Washington County Hospital and Clinics to continue the legacy of quality-of-care Dr. Dwayne Capper provided to southeast Iowa. Dr. Michael Reed will work at WCHCs Outreach Clinic SW Entrance #5 on Fridays and will operate on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Dr. Reed is Board Certified and will provide treatment of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) disorders and diseases for adults and children.
