Funeral service for 74-year-old Frank Morris of Keota will be at 10:30a.m. Thursday, August 31st at the National Guard Armory in Washington. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7p.m. Wednesday, August 30th at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Memorial donations will be given to Frank’s interests.
