This is the last week to fill out the Washington County Community Health Assessment Survey. The next step in the Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHA-CHIP) process is to gather community members to review survey feedback and select Washington County’s top 3-5 health priorities to focus on over the next 5 years. You are invited to join this meeting on September 18th from 1-4 PM at the Washington Public Library’s Nicola Stouffer Room on the 2nd floor. If you cannot join on this date/time, feel free to share this invite with others; the meeting is open to the public. The survey will be closing on September 8th.
