The next step in the Washington County Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHA-CHIP) process is to gather community members to review survey feedback and select Washington County’s top 3-5 health priorities to focus on over the next 5 years. The public is invited to join for this meeting on Monday, September 18th, from 1-4 PM at the Washington Public Library’s Nicola Stouffer Room on the 2nd floor.
