The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk football team has put together back-to-back wins since starting district play, thanks in part to tremendous numbers that rank in the top 10 in Class 2A.
As a team, The Golden Hawks have thrown eight passing touchdowns, seventh most in 2A. Their 20 combined touchdowns, 65 total completions and 60% completion percentage all rank ninth in the team standings of Class 2A.
Individually, junior quarterback Brady Weber is seventh in the state with seven passing touchdowns, eighth with 64 total completions and 10th with 10 combined rushing and passing scores.
Sophomore Hudson Ehrenfelt is second in Class 2A with 980 all-purpose yards, ninth with 575 rushing yards and 10th in 2A with 94 total carries.
Senior Dylan Henry has four touchdown catches this season, fifth most in 2A.
Junior Cobi Hershberger has 24 total catches, seventh most in Class 2A.
Defensively, sophomore Kaden Kos has 40 tackles this year, ninth most in Class 2A.
Mid-Prairie has a 2-3 overall record, but is undefeated at 2-0 in district play ahead of a Friday matchup with fellow district unbeaten Mediapolis.
