The Sigourney Savages picked up another conference volleyball victory Thursday night by defeating Montezuma in four sets. Sigourney claimed the first set 25-20 but dropped the second 25-23.

The Savages faced another close frame in the third set and were pushed deep into extra points, but coming away with a 30-28 win set them up to win the fourth set 25-15 and win the match. Sigourney is now 5-1 in the South Iowa Cedar League and 10-5 overall heading into their next match Monday against Lynnville-Sully.
