The Winfield Lions Club is hosting a Halloween Costume Contest, Tuesday, October 31st at 5:30p.m. at the Corner of East Pine and South Locust in Winfield. Registration is at 5:15p.m. There are five different age groups. In case of inclimate weather, the event will be held at the Winfield Legion Hall.
