Funeral services for 67-year-old Verna Bender of Kalona will be Saturday, October 7th at 9:30a.m. at the Amos Bender residence, 2710 560th Street SW Kalona. Burial will follow at the Peter Miller Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Amos Bender residence Thursday, October 5th from 10a.m. to noon, 2p.m. to 5p.m. and 6p.m. to 8p.m. and Friday, October 6th all day. The Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.
