Services to celebrate the life of 84-year-old Judith Ann McKowen of Oelwein, formerly of Washington, will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 8 at the Jones Eden Funeral Home. The family will be present to receive friends from 3-4:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 9 at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
