This week’s JET Physical Therapy Athlete of the Week is Mid-Prairie cross country runner Emmett Swartzentruber. With a top time of 15 minutes 51 seconds Saturday in Fort Dodge, the junior became the 2023 Class 2A individual boys’ state champion and the first Golden Hawk boy to win a state title in school history. Congrats Emmett!
