Stay Independent is a nutrition and well-being program offered through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach for adults who are 60 and older. The program begins January 4, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. The topics include: Brain Health, Cooking for One or Two, Exercise Your Independence, Final Arrangements, Spot, Stop and Avoid Fraud, and Thriving in Place.
