On Wednesday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Devon Knerr of Washington on a charge of sexual abuse in the third degree, a Class C Felony. According to court records, in April of this year, Knerr assaulted a minor, and the case was reviewed by the Washington County Attorney’s office, and a decision was made to file the charge of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree. Knerr is being held on a $10,000 cash-only bond in the Washington County Jail.
