Sigourney-Keota boys’ wrestling started their new season by winning all of three of their duals on the road last night. SK defeated Baxter 42-36 before knocking off Cardinal 48-30 and beating the host Montezuma 39-24.

Three Sigourney-Keota wrestlers had a pair of victories by pin, including freshman Rex Flynn at 120 pounds; junior Brady Clark at 138; and senior Jake Moore at 165. SK also got pins to win from junior Ashton Schwab at 157 lbs; senior Hunter Sieren at 175; sophomore Owen Menke at 190; and junior John Wheeldon at 215. Sigourney-Keota will next wrestle tomorrow at Wapello.
