Funeral services for 90-year-old Thomas Palmer Jr. of Washington will be Thursday, December 28th at 2p.m. at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends from 1-2p.m. Thursday, December 28th at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
